About Valued Appraisal
Valued Appraisal llc. is owned and operated by Philip McCloskey.
Mr. McCloskey is a Pennsylvania State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and is a graduate of the real estate program from The Pennsylvania State University. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 . Valued Appraisal llc. has been providing valuation services since 1993 completing assignments in numerous states along the east coast for a variety of property types ranging from single family dwellings to complex institutional facilities. We offer a full product line of valuation services in a timely manner to both the lending and non-lending sectors of the market place.
